Team Blackbolt http://teamblackbolt.co.uk/index.php hat den lang erwarteten Skin "Experience" aus der Betaphase in die �ffentlichkeit bef�rdert.

Und was soll ich sagen... sieht auf dem Video wirklich gut aus.

Getestet habe ich den noch nicht. Aber irgendwie finde ich den auch so gut 8)

INTRO
Al right, so im kind of scared of you XBMC.org guys... The Vision1 thread did horrible here, there are sexy skins like Aeon, Fusion, and Fluid. My guess is this skin will pretty much get ignored with some nice people stopping by to give their compliments to make me feel good... But o well, here goes!

FEATURES/IDEAS:
720p HD This skin was made for 720p from scratch. 4:3 will not be focused on. Simply because Jezz_X and I dont feel the need to focus on 4:3 since HDTV\\\'s are so common now (Both Jezz_X and I have one)
Navigation The one thing I concentrated on most was navigation & layout... You will notice this anywhere from Home, to Views, and all the way to the Keyboard.
Library Mode Library Mode has been kept in mind while designing the skin. So the layout will take advantage of all Library Mode has to offer.
FanArt (As I like to put it: Super Duper FullHD Wide Icons!). Skin will support FanArt, and future Music FanArt (Please Agathorn!)

Team Blackbolt's Next Project: XBMC Skin 'EX' --> erst ab 2008

Hi,

jetzt kurz vorm Jahresende steht fest das der "EX" Skin dieses Jahr nicht mehr realisiert wird. 2008 wird Blackbolt an der Entwicklung weiter arbeiten.

With 2007 almost to a close, its getting pretty obvious that our previously announced next project 'EX' will not be being released during its previous 'Holiday 2007' slot. This is mainly due to myself (Blackbolt) not having as much free time as I've previously had. Also, the team is pretty much just myself now. Jezz_X continues to maintain the current skins on the SVN, but there is no active development happening amongst the team as everyone is off doing their own projects.

The XBMC skin EX is still being worked on by myself and I very much plan to release it as soon as its ready for public consumption. Progress has been slow, but hopefully with the start of 2008 it will pick up. The design plan for the entire skin is almost locked down and all that will remain is the task of making everything work together and polishing it all up. The main focus of the skin is still to be used as a media center and its very much a HD centric user interface, built for Widescreen 720p.

Although I don't have any beta versions available for people to download, I am willing to show off the homescreen as of this weekend. The previous 3 icon layout was proving to feel too 'zoomed' in and so I recently bumped it up to 5 icons and thus it has a much better feeling while moving around. If you click the preview image below you can get a full 720p resolution image of the home screen.
will be bringing you more updates as and when development picks up for this skin as I'm just as eager as everyone else who's waiting to get it finished. I wish everyone a happy holiday and I hope to bring you more good news in the new year.

Hi,

eine neue Version vom XBMC Classic Skin Rev. 875 ist verf�gbar.

- viele Neuerung seit dem letzten Build
- Highlight ist 3D Cover Sicht (letztes XBMC Build)

Sorry its been so long since we had a website update for Xbox Classic, but Blackbolt has been busy with his semi-retirement/vacation thing and Jezz_X has been so busy with his 1001 projects that we've forgotten to update it. So here without any delays is the very latest build of Xbox Classic for XBMC. There have been many improvements and new features since the last release, for a full list check the SVN log, but our favourite new addition is the 3D Coverflow for the Music section, check it out in the thumbnail below:

Jaa heute war Stichtag.
Der langerwartete Skin von Blackbolt und Team hat es endlich zum ersten Release geschafft.

Als Download gibts das ganze auf Blackbolt's Page!

Nach einigen Anlaufschwierigkeiten, gecrashten Servern, �berforderten Foren und Usern die es nicht mehr abwarten konnten war es mit einiger Versp�tung soweit das der Download stand und man endlich Zugriff auf den Skin hatte der sich �brigends noch im Betastadium befindet. Man beachte die Versionsnummer Beta 0.9666!
Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklern zeigt sich darin das empfohlen wird ein XBMC Release von mindestens gestern (05.06.06) zu verwenden.
Ich konnte den Skin vorher auf einer XBMC Version vom 22.05.06 testen.
Lauff�hig allerdings funktionierten ein paar Skinbezogene Features damit nicht.
Die "T3ch" Group hat dazu den ensprechenden Release bereitgestellt (XBMC-CVS_666-T3CH) in dem der Skin bereits enthalten ist.

Danke an BB und sein Team f�r dieses geniale Teil und die harte Arbeit!
